Programs
Studies show that children learn best when they are having fun. We provide an age appropriate play based curriculum, which supports individual growth in the areas of Social/Emotional, Self Help, Language, Intellectual and Physical Development. Through love and guidance we aim to foster independence, competence, originality and self-expression.
We give equal treatment and access to services without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, ancestry, disabilities, marital status or political beliefs.
We are open year round from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Our Infant Program
We have two infant rooms. Each is licensed for seven infants. Our teacher:child ratio 1:3 or 2:7.
Our infant curriculum is highly individualized. The teachers take great care in meeting all the basic needs of the infants. Some of these include feeding, diapering and napping per child’s needs. The care continues throughout the day making time for one on one attention which is enhanced with storytelling, music, songs, floor play, tummy time and much more.
Our infant rates do include diapers and wipes. Parents provide any food that they would like their children to have during the day. We provide two snacks (such as cheerios, fruit, graham crackers, etc.), as well as water and milk, twice daily for older infants who are eating finger foods.
Each infant is assigned their own crib where they can comfortably nap as needed. We do provide sheets and bibs, feeding spoons, bowls and sippy cups! We work with each child to reach their individual milestones.
Our Toddler Program
We have three Toddler classrooms. Each is licensed for nine toddlers. Our teacher:child ratio is 1:4 or 2:9.
Toddler Curriculum
Toddlers learn through enjoyable hands on experiences. Our toddler curriculum strongly supports this belief. Children are exposed to several choices throughout the day. They are able to play independently, as well as begin to form friendships playing alongside one another. Teachers plan their curriculum around weekly themes.
Each classroom is set up with several learning areas such as an art center, a book area, table toys, and sensory tables. The children are given "free play" time to explore these areas.
We provide snacks and water, milk or juice twice daily. Lunches are provided by the parents. We believe that children benefit greatly from the fresh air! We provide your child with outdoor playtime twice daily, weather permitting.
Rest time is an important part of your toddler's day. A nap/rest time will be provided for your child in the early afternoon. We provide each child with a mat.Blankets, sheets and anything the child needs to use to help them rest is provided by the parents. Soothing music is played and the teachers do their part to ensure that each child rests comfortably.
Our Preschool Program
We have two Preschool classrooms. Each is licensed for twenty children. Our teacher:child ratio is 1:10 or 2:20.
Preschool Curriculum
Our theme-based curriculum is planned weekly. Themes include shapes, transportation, fire safety, all about me and more!
Every day we have circle time that consists of stories, songs, calendar, letter, shape and color of the week. Games and group discussions about our weekly themeoccur daily. All of these activities help the children with verbal expression, turn taking and confidence building.

Pre – K Curriculum
We have one Pre-K Classroom. It is licensed for twenty children. Our teacher:child ratio is 1:10 or 2:20.
Our Pre-K program follows a similar schedule of that of our Preschool.
A weekly theme- based curriculum is planned with more of a focus on Literacy and Science of that theme. We work hard to prepare your child for Kindergarten, emotionally as well as academically.

Special Programs
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics)
We incorporate this into our daily activities, within each age group.
Yoga
Teachers provide yoga to the children at least once a week, and usually more often during the winter months when we are unable to go outside. Yoga works on flexibility and physical strength. It works on the child’s balance and coordination. It also helps with focus and concentration.
Music
Our Staff is constantly exposing the children to music weather it is with actual instruments, teaching the children of all age groups the “Songs of the week” that co inside with the theme of the week. Music is always playing in the background throughout the day. The staff and the children also enjoy having dance parties. By exposing the children to music during early development it helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Music ignites all areas of child development. Such as: intellectual, social, emotional, and language. It helps the mind and body to work together.
Field Trips:
The Preschool and Pre-K children enjoy many fun and exciting field trips throughout the year. Some favorites include:
- Parlee Farms
- Davis' Farmland
- Kimball Farm
We also plan several fun visits from Magicians, Puppet Theaters, Animal Adventures and others throughout the year.
